Successful Recovery for Freight Forwarding Customer

Our customer approached us for help when they went through all legal means to get their debtor to repay them the outstanding amount of SGD $25,000. Within just 2 visits, the debtor initiated to come to our office to make an upfront payment of $3000 first then following up by the subsequent months, he will be paying $2000 every month which he agreed on by our repayment schedule plan.

The debtor told us “ I was already expecting your customer to chase after me by legal means but never would I have thought that they would engage a legitimate debt collection agency to chase after me which is even scarier than engaging a lawyer to sue me bankrupt because it affects me and me family’s mental health and it is causing us mental distress.”

So this is one way in which we are more efficient and effective by our own ways.
